Marivi Soliven Launch & Dance Party
October 18 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm PDT
End the Filipino American International Book festival on a high note with a Taxi Dance hall-themed party that features music by The Autonomous Region and swing dancing. Folks are welcome to dress in Speakeasy style – Macintosh suits for men; fringed dresses for women.
Listen to excerpts from Taxi Dancer, enjoy Prohibition Era cocktails and nibbles and bring home an autographed copy of the book!
