VIRTUAL Annenberg Community Beach House: Work, Work Balance

Red Hen Press and Santa Monica Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City of Santa Monica and the Annenberg Community Beach House, are proud to present this fantastic virtual reading and conversation from four women authors who hold interesting, non-literary full-time professions. We’ll explore how these authors balance their jobs with the creativity and work that comes with writing and promoting a book. We welcome nurse Yu-Han Chao, lawyer Joan Nockels Wilson, fisher and engineer Mia Heavener, and researcher, activist, and educator Florencia Ramirez. Tune in to learn how these fantastic women balanced work with their literary love!
