Andrew Lam is a Vietnamese American author who has written about the overseas Vietnamese experience. He visited Boston’s Ford Hall Forum to discuss his latest collection, “Stories from the Edge of the Sea.” Lam’s other books include, “Perfume Dreams: Reflections on the Vietnamese Diaspora” (2005), “East Eats West: Writing in Two Hemispheres” (2010), and “Birds of Paradise Lost” (a collection of short stories).
